At Maison Valsin, every piece is carefully prepared before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Maison Valsin are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Personal preference

  • Accidental orders

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before completing their purchase.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 8 hours of the confirmed delivery time.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the original packaging, if applicable

Claims submitted after the 8-hour reporting window may not be eligible for review.


Resolution

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Maison Valsin will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item or another suitable remedy at our discretion.


Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is provided free of charge on all eligible orders.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities.
